WinVEO is an exciting new program that displays and captures VEO’s (VERS Encapsulated Objects)
and all of the metadata associated with it. To find out more about how the VEO is put together refer to www.prov.vic.gov.au/vers.
Using a simple tree structure, you will be able to navigate throughout the VEO, and be able to view the files encapsulated within.
WinVEO also has the capabilities to verify that the VEO has not been tampered with.
The WinVEO software has been proudly developed by VERS Pty Ltd.

Capture your records in a VEO format file
Use the wizard to make entry of the information about the record easier
Automatic generation of .pdf files for documents
`Seal` the record with your digital signature
Modify metadata on an existing record and create an `onion` layer of new metadata
View VEO’s in an easy to use tree
See all meta-data associated with the VEO
Navigate to the information that you wish to see without having to see everything
Open files directly
Save files encapsulated within the VEO
Verify VEO’s
Each layer is verified to ensure that the VEO has not been tampered with in any way
If the VEO has been tampered with, WinVEO will highlight all elements of the VEO in red so you’ll know that it’s invalid.

All changes to the VEO are shown via the Use History and Management Event screen
WinVEO is currently offered as a trial product for 30 days. After this period it only operates only as a VEO viewer. To retain full functionality with WinVEO
a license for the product must be purchased.
